Second Day on the Virgin Diet

I got through the first day pretty well. I mostly wanted to sleep - probably from the withdrawal from all the soy, gluten, etc., that I am giving up. Today, I am feeling just okay - pains in the hip from the chiropractic adjustment on Friday plus a head full of mush, But the best part is the fact I dropped 3 lbs. overnight. So, it's working. Now I have a couple bags full of food to give away and I have to go shopping today to replace some of it. Once I get over the withdrawals, I should feel great. But I just ordered a new bathing suit on line so i can go to the gym again - hope it fits by the time it comes. The main thing I am noticing already is that I don't have this god-awful constant hunger - they say that eating stuff that isn't good for your body causes the cravings. i just can't believe they've stopped so soon. I hope it continues.

    If you don't have cravings, any food plan should be fairly easy to stay on. I wish you well on this, and after a month or so, hope you will post again and let us know how it is doing for you.
