New Year resolutions may be good for others. They just dont serve a purpose for me. I had set them in the past years,but got too caught up in what life had to offer throughout the year for me to keep up with I had on my mind on New Year's Eve. As far as my health goes,that is something that I will keep an eye on for the rest of my life.
It is motivating to come up with these resolutions.....or 'goals' as I have called them in the past,but as big as life is,it's hard to just focus on fixing those few little things. Incorporating better habits into my life and 'bouncing back up when I'm knocked down' is the best I can do.
I feel much better that way.....calmer,and not Gung Ho!!!!!
