My goal is to list at least three blessings every day.
Here are today's blessings:
1. I walked 10000 steps yesterday. That is only the second time while I have been on vaction, but I think it is the beginning of a streak.
2. I am reading two good books and have put about a dozen more on my kindle. I should be set for a while.
3. I am slowly establishing healthy routines.
4. Family, friends, and faith.
