here's a quickie

Sunday, December 29, 2013

SO today was WI day for me. I didn't really want to bc of the holiday but I know that I need to so I did.
212.8. So I gained 3 pounds.
Not happy about it, but thank the gods and goddesses that I had lost 2.2 pounds earlier.
So I realize that I MUST track every thing now. I hate tracking. Ugh. But I need to. I need to be able to look back and see what worked and what didn't.
So I am hoping to lose that .8 this week. It would be nice to walk into 2014 with out it.

That's it, got to get ready to go to the yoga studio. I wish I could say I was taking a class today or even teaching, but I'm the desk jockey today.
Aka karma police.

Holiday season weight loss not too bad, but not as good as I hoped for.

Wait, wait, my yoga studio is actually called Karma-- is yours?
    (Regardless, karma police, haha)

I absolutely have to track everything, too. I haven't weighed in a while. December didn't work out so well for me. I know what has to be done and I didn't manage.

    Here's to an awesome 2014 re-start!

I gained seven pounds before the holidays and am at a 167 steady, which is six pounds above my average. Some of it was my T.O.M., but now my clothes fit back to normal. My point is that weight fluctuates, for me about five pounds or so. Don't feel so bad that you put on three pounds. You'll shed them in no time.
