The day I walked into Planet Fitness I weighed 450 pounds. I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and I wanted to do something about all of it, or I knew I would die soon!!!! Joining Planet Fitness may have saved my life. Since the first day I walked into Planet Fitness and started doing a workout program, I’ve lost 150lbs or more and have dropped several clothes sizes! I feel great. Everyone who sees me now tells me how good I look. All I can say to Planet Fitness is thank you for a great place to work out! I still have a long ways to go but one day at a time I am working toward my goal.I also have to give a shoutout to sparkpeople.com. too because that website has been my biggest place to keep me on track and keep me going forward with all their positive stuff to read and do!!!!! My food plan has been weight watchers.
