Day 274 - Still Holding Steady!

I am still holding steady with my weight. I did make several not so good choices in the food / beverage department....soda, icecream, cheese, sausage, & crackers, Chinese food, pizza....yeah definitely not good choices...

But I am keeping my intake at a moderation!

Today was such a nice day that I tried out my MapMyRun app again. This is my second time using it. The first time was jogging right when the heavy snowfall began in 23 degree weather. Today was in the mid to upper 40s, a heat wave in December! I was very surprised I jogged very well in speed! My first recorded run 20 days ago was about 14.30 minutes per mile. Today I did it in 13.07!!!

I haven't jogged in a week or two on the treadmill, but pavement feels different and I can tell from the soreness in my legs!

It felt good!

But it is back to the artic cold again...

I am going on vacation this coming Thursday for 4 days and once I come home, I plan on concentrating on me once again! With my new job, I need to learn that I cannot accomplish everything in one day at my work, there will always be a "crisis", and I need to learn that tomorrow is another day.

I am ready to stop maintaining and get back to losing the weight once again....also because I purchased the wrong size undies for Christmas and now I HAVE to fit into them, LOL.
