I went over my calories range today, but not by much. Thank goodness. I guess we all have days like this now and then. On the plus side, I upped the ante for fitness and walked a total of 1.5 miles today...split into two sessions. I was doing just a half mile, but starting tomorrow I will do 1 mile a day. Weigh in day is tomorrow. On one hand I hope I lost some, but on the other I dread stepping on the scale.
