I went over my calories range today, but not by much. Thank goodness. I guess we all have days like this now and then. On the plus side, I upped the ante for fitness and walked a total of 1.5 miles today...split into two sessions. I was doing just a half mile, but starting tomorrow I will do 1 mile a day. Weigh in day is tomorrow. On one hand I hope I lost some, but on the other I dread stepping on the scale.

    Thank you. I did set my trackers up tor monthly measurements so it'll be nice to see other changes besides the scale. Thank you for the suggestion.

    When I started SP, I was over, under, in between my calorie range every day. I lost 62 pounds in 4 months! So no need to stress about the calorie ranges too much. Great job getting in 1.5 miles! I saw a motivational quote yesterday; It said a 7 minute mile or a 14 minute mile, it is still a mile. Good luck on your weigh in tomorrow! I recommend taking measurements of your body. You may not lose any pounds, but you still can lose inches. And seeing the tape measure say smaller numbers is a great motivator itself!
