Would like to share a recipe for anyone who loves crunch and fiber.
Three Seasons Crunch
1 c each of : dried blueberries, dried cranberries, raisins
1 c each of: sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, corn nuts
Cinnamon sugar (optional)
Mix all of the dried fruits, nuts, seeds together in a large bowl. Sprinkle on some cinnamon sugar to taste if you like, and toss together with a wooden spoon. Give thanks to the three seasons - Spring, Summer and Fall - that produced each tasty
Just what I need with my nightly cup of hot chocolate!
