So far so good. One pound per week. I seem to have already lost some around the waist, but at this point I could be just imagining it! I certainly feel better. I continue to make good nutritional and exercise choices. The walking really seems to be working!

    Be sure to use a tape measure !! Many times you lose inches and not weight. It helps to track all that info.
