Made it Through The Holidays

Christmas is over, the food has been eaten, New Years is on the horizon, and resolutions abound.
I started juicing today. I have so many fruits and veggies in my house I feel like I'm stocked to run a restaurant! I have a huge glass of pear, orange, apple, lemon, cucumber, carrot juice in front of me and I must say, it is delicious. I started a batch of kombucha a few days ago so it should be ready in about a week. I haven't decided if I will juice for just a week or if I will go on for a second one. I don't need to do much more than a couple weeks though as I have no serious health issues and I am not incredibly overweight. I think more than a couple weeks would actually begin to be detrimental to my health. My kombucha will be ready to go in time for me to begin transitioning back to solid and will be beneficial to getting my good gut bacteria flourishing. Maybe I'll start up a batch of sauerkraut too and really boost the old intestines. My mouth waters at the thought.
So, good luck to me. Just have to make it through New Years Eve without giving in to temptation and all should be good.
