In a bowl:
*Kalamata olives (6)
*dice up a little tomato (really great without tomatoes)
*feta cheese (put the cheese on after you heat up)
I heat up for a minute or so an voila and quick and healthy meal. I eye ball a bowl, as I don't measure things anymore....I make single servings at a time for myself.
And another thing I have done, is bought a turkey and sliced up and use during the week for dinner..what can be faster then heating up turkey, plop some brown rice on your plate, and veggie....
