Planning a Good Day

Saturday, December 28, 2013

Today is going to be a good day all the way around, because that is my plan! I will stay in my WW points range today with my eating, and I will get my goal steps for the day completed, even if that means a late night walk outside if I am falling short. I am getting back on track TODAY, and I am not going to keep this extra 13 pounds any longer!
It's going to be a challenge, because there are still lovely sweets all around, and they have been my weakness lately. I will stop, and ask God for help to resist them as many times as I need to today.
Have a great day everyone!
I'm taking my kids shopping to finish up the Christmas spending that my daughter saved back.

It really is a daily *DECISION*! I could not agree more. You decide, and commit, and you will make the changes you desire!

Hope you are doing well!!

Shopping steps add up! And it keeps you away from the sweets too, as long as you can resist the smells at the shopping mall!

Sounds like you have your resolve up, good for you! emoticon
