It's been too long

I'm back!!! I have not stopped working out, but I have not lost any weight. The key to weight lost is accountability. And that only happens when you track what you eat and how many calories your burn during a workout. So Im back to make a change for 2014. Here I go again!! Good luck to me and everyone out there.
