Last year, I started a new job. For this job, I was at home online during the day. Day after day, I sat a my computer working. My eating habits changed, and I began to gain weight. I discontinued my exercise, and my weight continued to climb. I knew I needed to start back exercising, but I couldn't find the motivation to start. Before I knew it, my weight ballooned from 140 pounds to 180 pounds within 17 months. To get motivated, I bought a copies of Prevention and Runner's World. I continued reading articles published on the SparkPeople website. Today is my first day back into the Gym and exercising in 17 months. I feel really good! I have already planned my schedule with the fitness classes I will be taking each day. I am looking forward to making my weight loss journey.
