Need to step up the exercise.

Just getting going de-cluttering the house of junk food and starting to tune in to healthy things. I have 50 pounds to lose which should take me about 30+ weeks. Its a long slog but will be well worth it. You all know what I mean anyway we are all old hat to this dieting malarkey! Tomorrow I will try 20 mins of floor exercises and walking the dog with flat shoes on so I can walk faster. Little steps and of course eat cereal for breakfast and have proper food.

    Katie, small steps is the way to go. Walking the dogs
is a good idea. We all know what we have to - do to eat

    Yep, gotta get the body moving! I did get 3 aqua classes this week but never made it to the cardio or weight machines. I need to stop that up. I also have a goal of about 50 lbs-the 50 I gained with the arthritis and knee replacements. Cereal with milk for breakfast is good plus an apple and milk for an afternoon snack. They have officially found that an apple a day does keep the doctor away so gotta get back to those apples!

    I also have to step up the exercise--I worked 2 jobs for the holidays and felt like I had no time. Now it's time to get back on track. Good luck--we can do it!
