Day 1--Back on Track and it feels good!

Day 1:

Woke up and began moving right away. Worked on the house, went out with a friend, came home and continued moving around the house and have been going out of my way to get steps in. Yes it'll take me a bit to get used to being active again, but I feel positive that it'll all come back to me quickly.

Now that I am grasping life by the horns and steering down the right path, I can't wait to see myself changing. I hope to make some great friends along the way.
