So today I went to Biglots and picked up some laundry detergent, and other stuff in that catagory. There were only two registers open and the lines were extremely long. Then got there and the guy was not friendly at all. The store was a mess, and the cashier was really grumpy. I tried using my ebt card on the cash side, and he told me they didn't take it after only bagging half my stuff. I just left everything there and heard him say something about lazy welfare people. I guess I'm not going back to that store again.
I went to Rite aid, and bought the exact same stuff, my total came to 2.00 over what I would have paid at Biglots, and I had one more item in there. The cashier was very friendly and double bagged everything without being asked to. They also took the ebt no problem. Guess where I'm going back to. I may pay a couple more bucks, but it's worth it.
Got all my goals done yestarday, and stayed below my calorie range. I wasn't eating much of anything. I think it had something to do with gorging on Christmas. Got in my walking.
My goals for Saturday are:
15 minutes of writing
15 mintues of reading
15 minutes of housework
10 mintues of strength training
30 minutes of cardio
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 or under the 2000 mark
spending 30 mintues on Spark people tracking my food and exercise.
