Challenging Day 20:
Active Challenge: Avoid all escalators, elevators, moving walkways, etc. all day.
(As much walking as possible today)
Exercise Challenge: Complete the suggested interval workout with any activity of your choice.
(Did Jump Rope intervals with March in place)
Flexibility Challenges: Part 1: Stretch for at least 5 minutes after your cardio workout with Lower Body Flexibility Workout
Part 2: Do at least 5 (or more) reps of the suggested yoga exercises anytime throughout the day
Nutritional Challenge: For each meal today, eat the healthiest, most nutrient-dense foods first.
YES (trying to maintain the 3 hourly eating and it kept me full all day, I was able to reduce my portions to the barest minimum knowing that I will be eating in 3 hours time again, I think this will work)
Mind/Body Challenge: Spend at least two minutes belly-breathing.
NO (In a hurry to go for prayer meeting)
