Day 2...

Well this morning was crazy! I woke up at 7:15 and had to get ready to go to POUND class! If you don't know what POUND FITNESS is you should definitely check it out and find a class! It is amazing! I did a 45 minute POUND Class, and then I headed to the gym for some cardio and oh goodness...LEG day! Super excited that I'm back on track! Here's my before pictures to start this journey!

    You sure don't look like 251...!!! I looked about ten times worse than that at 205 pounds. So that's a good start! Hehe - and you know that you've done it before, so you can do it again :) I believe in you, keep going, you can do this!!!
