Tomorrow...or rather today (as it is 12:55 am) is a new beginning.
With each breath we change and with each day we begin again
And so this one is mine...
My plan is as follows:
Starting Weight: 281
Goal Weight: 135
Total Weight to loose: 146 lbs
1) Take the stairs instead of the elevator whenever possible
2) No snacks at work
The Plan of Action:
1) Quit drinking Diet Soda
2) Take vitamins regularly
3) Take Diabetes medication as long as it is needed
4) Exercise 10 minutes a day
5) Eat healthy meals and snacks
6) Eat mindfully
7) Do one thing (other than eating and facebook) that I enjoy
Each day I will reflect upon my actions and decide whether or not I have taken care of myself properly. This checklist will include:
1) Have I taken my medicine?
2) Have I secured all of the proper materials for the previous day and the following day
3) Have I completed my to-do-list?
4) Have I drank enough water ?
5) Have I eaten balanced meals and snacks today?
6) Have I made sure that I can sleep enough hours before I need to wake up in the morning?
7) Have I exercised for at least ten minutes at some point in my day?
