Since doing more prevention this week I'm really tolerating frustrating situations better. I haven't felt real anger or severe stress much at all. I think I need to work more on the am exercise. It seems that gets me a lot more bang for my buck. Overall though I'm cruising with meditation and stretching. emoticon
