So it's been a stressful week. Spent last Thursday and Friday packing and dealing with my parents. I don't want to go into it again but they really upset me with the things they said. I wasn't able to eat for a few days, then made up for it twice as bad the last three days.
Got moved into the new apartment Saturday, and the few days after that were a bit of a blur. Time was spent unpacking, wrapping presents, and doing last minute shopping for Christmas and the apartment. Mostly, it was a lot of washing dishes. No internet at the new place yet, so I haven't been tracking. Whoops.
Christmas Eve we did MORE last minute shopping, dinner with my fiance's family, and midnight mass. Then Christmas morning we got up early to visit his family, then drove to my family. And this morning there was unexpected snow! Fortunately it melted and didn't case road problems. I have a Christmas party up this way, so I'm staying a few days before going back, but my fiance had to be back for tomorrow so he left today. Of course, this evening I found out we are supposed to get a bad snowstorm right before New Year's Eve. I'm hoping it isn't as bad as they want, because I don't know how I'll get home again.
I feel bad I haven't been active here in a while, but I'm hoping to figure something out soon for internet. I've been really bad with the exercise, and yesterday my body just wanted to do something, but by the time I had a chance after all the holiday running-around for visits, I was too exhausted. I need to get back on track.

Don't be so hard on yourself. It's easy to get off track with moving and the holidays. Besides, carrying boxes is considered exercise on the exercise tracker. I'm sure you burned up plenty of calories with moving furniture and boxes around. Also, if you did a lot of walking looking for gifts you probably burned calories there too.
As for eating, moving is stressful and then whatever your parents said upset you as well. All things considered I don't think you did too bad. Now that the holidays are over and you're moved it's time to get back on track. Don't wait until the beginning of the year. Do it now!

Its NOT easy moving. I had to once move on XMAS DAY !! That was SOO HARD !! though I do not celebrate MOST do !! I was able to get a few friends who also do not, to FINALLy come over,,,with TEARS,, and help me w/the furn,, I had already moved everything out. YO !! i'd NOT ANNA DO THAT AGAIN !! now when I move,,, I ALWAYS HIRE A PROFESSIONAL MOVER !! its SOOO MUCH EAIER that way !! they are also VERY QUICK !! AND insuraned so if something breaks I am COVERED !! PHEW !!
With the eating,, we know that those who go thru emotions often over eat,,, and well it's that time of yr when MANY will join the site,,, and some NOT be serious, but just WANTING IT. There IS a difference of course. So how BADLY do you WANT this,, you will need to figure out.
of course life gets into the way,,, moving is exrremely stressful,,,,, so now it's time to urn it around. YOU CAN DO THIS,, IF you REALLY want too. Writing out the pros bs the cons,,,, and going from there,,, with REALISIC goals,,, helps also.
