I was sick with the flu for about two weeks. I still have a cough here and there but the overall flu symptoms are gone. Yay!
Will get back to my exercise and nutrition goals once this cough goes away.
To treat the symptoms I had garlic boiled in water and also my tea with lemon and honey.
I'm aiming to get to the gym tomorrow or Saturday.
Slow progress is still progress!
I've definitely been enjoying the holiday season though it's been quiet. I've not been depriving myself. LOL. ;)
I'll admit I've decided to just take it easy this Christmas as well as New Year's Eve/Day.
