Today is trying....I have been very good with my food choices but I have another hour before dinner....ugh....Yesterday I had what I wanted and it was yummy but....now my body is looking for more of all that. I won't give in but...ugh. I've lost so well that I will not lose my momentum for Monday's meeting. We are going to be out of town tomorrow and Saturday because of a wrestling tournament so that will be a challenge. I will stay focused. I can do this!

    You can do it. Just don't be so hard on yourself.

When temptation is there, walk away, say no, find another option as to what to eat. Don't cave to peer pressure.

Take care of yourself.
