13074 was my Fitbit step count for last night. On track for the goals of the Ten K Steps a Day club on my main profile page. Since I first started doing the Ten K Steps a Day plan as a New Years Resolution back in 2009, it has increased my fitness greatly whenever I have really stuck to it. I would be way out of shape without it, and I really think it is great as a New Years resolution that is easy to stick to doing.

Meanwhile, the after Christmas New Years Resolutions jokes has started in full force.
