Boxing Day 19:
Active Challenge: Set an alarm to go off every 30 minutes. Take at least one minute to stand up and stretch your entire body.
Exercise Challenge: Accumulate at least 30 minutes of light-medium cardio exercise.
Flexibility Challenge: Perform the suggested stretches at least twice today.
Nutritional Challenge: Think of at least one person you know who eats a healthy diet and ask them one question - What's the most important thing you do each day to stay on track with your eating?
Mind/Body Challenge: One-Minute Vacation.

I have not done the 30 minutes light-medium cardio, (I think of walking in place for the time). I am tired from doing Jillian's No More Trouble Zone.
Note: I did not workout since two days because of the Christmas preparation and all. But now am back and ready. So today I worked my entire body using the DVD NMTZ by Jillian Michaels, it was quite challenging for me.
It is good to also note that I missed yesterday in my 30 Day challenge but I am not missing the challenge so I have only brought it forward.
I decided to splurge as sensibly as I could yesterday and today too like mopping extra oil from my fried stuff and taking hot soup before the dinner last night. So I was able to control my portion too.
