The Day After Christmas and all through the house not a creature was stirring not even a mouse...we were at work. Back to the work routine, healthy eating and exercising. Why is it so hard to eat right? I'm going to make every effort to improve my nutrition. I would like to increase fruits, vegetables and non meat protein. Those will be my goals this week. Looking for creative ways to get my protein without so much meat. My cholesterol is high and I'm looking for ways to bring it down. Suggestions are helpful and welcome! Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas filled with the love of family and friends.
