OK.... I have decided I am going to set weekly goals for myself with Thursday being the start of the week... because, well, thats today and if I procrastinate, lets just face it, I wont do it.

My biggest weaknesses are water consumption and working out - and I am trying to decide which one I want to dive into first...

I know the benefits of both, and honestly have just never enjoyed either, so I always tend to push it aside. Im ready to stop pushing aside and start being more healthy.

I did get a sweater for Christmas that is 2 sizes smaller than normal.... and it fits! Could have a bit to do with the make of it... but I am going to rock on with it anyway =)

    Making a team for short term goals, for people that are serious about logging in consistently (it doesnt have to take over your life though...) and challenging each other with support and a little kick in the butt now and then!

    Goals are good! I just adjusted my calorie intake downwardly for a couple of weeks.

  I too have started my goals early. Though I am waiting on officially starting my resolutions in Jan, I have started making a list of them. I am choosing one or two a month for next year. By next Christmas I should have a good amount of changes made to my lifestyle.

    I think weekly goals are great.... that will help keep you on track. I'm pretty good with my exercise and water.... finally! I took me a year to get in the habit of going to the gym!! I currently go at least 5 days a week. Water gets easier to drink too.... the benefits are great!

I need to set some goals pertaining to vegetables!!!! LOL. I'm not a veggie eater, so I want to do some research, as far as nutrition, and try to add some into my menus during the New Year. Maybe I'll choose one per month, and prepare it a different way once a week.

2014 is going to be a great year!! We can do it!!

    I have also started drinking water today. It's really hard for me in the winter, but I am halfway through my first 16 ounces. GO ME!!!!!!
I haven't been to the gym in months. I have been moving a lot. I am hoping once I get finished moving it will be easier to get myself there. The new house is only 3 blocks from the gym. Heck I could walk or run there if I want.
