OK.... I have decided I am going to set weekly goals for myself with Thursday being the start of the week... because, well, thats today and if I procrastinate, lets just face it, I wont do it.
My biggest weaknesses are water consumption and working out - and I am trying to decide which one I want to dive into first...
I know the benefits of both, and honestly have just never enjoyed either, so I always tend to push it aside. Im ready to stop pushing aside and start being more healthy.
I did get a sweater for Christmas that is 2 sizes smaller than normal.... and it fits! Could have a bit to do with the make of it... but I am going to rock on with it anyway =)
