My 2014 plan

I am at my one-year anniversary with SparkPeople. I lost 50 pounds, but gained about 5 back while not paying attention, and giving into temptation over the holidays. Isn't it about paying attention? But I am so happy about the 45 pounds I have lost and how much better I look and feel. I am NOT going back to where I was.
My goal is to lose 5 pounds a month.
So here is my mini-goal calendar:
Current weight: 184
By January 31: 179
By February 28: 174
By March 31: 169
By April 30: 164
By May 31: 159
By June 30: 155 - Goal weight
Maintain my weight after that point

    Wonderful goal plan!
    I am excited to continue this journey on Spark--it has been a very good year for me. Looking back I have only missed 12 days this year of checking in and using the site and I am much healthier and happier than a year ago..It has not always been easy but it has been worthwhile.
    Now to make a new plan as we go to year two. All the very best to you.
