Quick and dirty blog to track my numbers for the "future fabulous me" to see....
I'm still loving my Spark Tracker although I am disappointed when I don't get that "goal met" sticker by the end of the day. There were a few days that I did not make my 11,000 steps and one day that I did not even make 10,000 steps. But, the silly little thing makes me work harder the next day so at least my averages stay good.
My tracker numbers have almost totally replaced my obsession with the bathroom scale (a good thing) but I don't think the bathroom scale will show any great improvement if I would hop on it (which I'm NOT) because my holiday eating has been holding me back. It is not out of control, but I know that even a few extra cookies or bites of this and that will hold me back on the bathroom scale.
So, I'm happy to have something else to focus on and report for now!

43 minutes of work out time per day
158 minutes of total "movement" time during the day
Not any great improvement, but I'm glad I did not drop any lower than that. Lots of driving, theater events and sitting around chatting with friends made me have to scramble some nights to meet my 11,000 step goal. Fell short a few days, but made up for it on others.
However, I know that I lose weight in the kitchen and get fit at the gym....so there is still room for lots of improvement.
