Ugh. I feel like *crap* from all the *crap* going into my body and a general lack of time. Sadly, my school is on a college campus so I have access to the fancy-pants gym *with* a pool, but have I had time to even darken its doors? No.
I am a pathetic person.
My New Year's Resolutions - 3 parts.
1) Get back to tracking food. That's how my whole weight loss process started. I can carve out a little time for that
2) Stairs at work. 1 flight but 5x at lunch and 5x after school. What's that in terms of time? 15 min each? I can manage that. No clothes changing.
3) at least get to the fancy-pants facility and see what they have in terms of group classes. I would *love-love-love* if they had a spin class (schedule is not posted on line) but at least *see* what they have available.
For me - the key to a successful NYR is Make It Do-able. Make It Specific. Make it Time Sensitive.
