Day 17: Lunch
Sandwich, can't lose with a classic~ham and turkey, lettuce, cucumbers, honey mustard and slice of cheese (cheddar or colby jack) and a side of BBQ chips. I've traded my sugary kool-aid for water.....and try to fill my 20oz Pepe mug a couple times a day. I also like a good Peanut Butter and blackberry jelly sandwich...or for my sweet tooth, late night snack~PB and nutella! ....I used to eat PB and marshmallow sandwiches as a kid too!
Day 18: Goal of the day
was to take the pup, our four year old German Shepherd, Turkey across the street to play in the snow. There is something "crazy" or off about our dog and he needs to burn off alot of energy. If we don't go out to play, he just goes insane inside the house.....which drives us (my boyfriend and I) nuts! lol The day after about six inches of snowfall, I took him out to play. You would think could spot the red bone easy....not so much buried under white compacted snow! I lost track of it a few times.
Day 19: Dinner
I had intended to eat my hotdog at work....but it was kind of busy, by the time got the chance~figured might as well wait til I got home. Because then I could add some bacon and onions to the usual ketchup, spicy mustard, and dill relish. I had to swing by Sonic for some killer large onion rings and washed it down with a rootbeer, vanilla AND chocolate blended "float". Delicious!
Day 20: Workout
I got into Zumba when a friend asked me to find a few workout dvds. I'm very awkward at first....uncoordinated, but give me a few time and I get it! I hope to continue doing this particular Tone and Sculpting workout, also add short workout videos found on a free site, and start doing yoga next year.
