gs for 2014

as many of us do at this time, i am thinking about what i want to accomplish next year. I have my long term goals in place. so, what can i do next year to get there?
1. only pre-planned spending
2. listen to my body and it's signals (goes for food, drink, physical activity, sleep, emotional, etc)

    emoticon Since I have started using the activity tracker, I can tell I get much less sleep that I thought. I am going to try to up my numbers this coming year!

    Those are both very good goals.
I have to do a better job at listening to my body also, especially when it comes to not overdoing it and sleeping.
