All is somewhat ready for Christmas Day! Presents are wrapped but still need to buy candy before the stockings can be hung by the tree. I completed my 10,000+ steps for today with 53 minutes of activity by way of 3 mini SPARKS and another 28 minutes of run/walk activity to make my 10,000 daily step goal.
Tomorrow starts early - 3:15am with adoration from 4am to 5am. How blessed I feel to be able to spend time with our blessed Lord on the day of His birth some 2000 years ago. Then off to the store to participate in some more commercialism to by my young adult children some stocking stuffers.
Upon returning home Iím going to change up another SP recipe. There was one showing little individual Santaís made with strawberries and cream cheese frosting - really cute! But when at the store this evening there were no strawberries so I decided to make them as appetizers instead. So I purchased some cute mini bite size cherry tomatoes which I will use along with laughing cow cheese in place of the frosting. Then Iíll set my little Santaís upon a bed of green lettuce.
Then off to the races - family ventures we will run but first not before stopping by the hospital to visit my Mother-in-law who is on the mend from a broken hip and awaiting to be sent to a skilled nursing facility soon. Then off to the party at my sister-in-laws by 5 pm we will flutter. For dinner and merriment and presents to open. Then off again off again back home we will drive to nestle our bodies into our beds before Santa arrives. When we wake it will be Christmas Day, a snow covered winter wonderland here were we live. And we will wish everyone a very Merry Christmas Day!
