Back on Track...

My weight has been up a few pounds the last couple days, most likely its the salt Not really worried but getting back on track. Today I watched what I ate, drank my water, and went to the gym. Really need to get back on track, don't want any surprises , invested to much money in all my new clothes and gave away all the old ones no going back. Still would like to lose the last few pounds to reach my original goal. My new goal date is going to be January 20, 2014. Would love to see the scale say 150 pounds, that's 10 pounds away. I'm off work for two weeks so me and the gym will become real good friends again emoticon
