I've recently become a big fan of "The Biggest Loser." It's been motivating me to kick my workouts up to a higher level. This season Rachel started out at over 200 pounds and now she's down to the 160's. i remember the week when she hit the 170's and I thought "Wow she weighs as much as I do and she's still pulling 6 or 7 pounds a week...I could be pulling 6 or 7 pounds a week." So yesterday, after watching Danni and Pam from season 14 run a 5K I decided that I could do it as well. I've started the 5k My Way program twice before but never finished it. Well yesterday I got on my treadmill and ran 3.2 miles in 41 minutes. Now that I know I can do it I feel like I could do anything. Today I finished Jillian Micheals Ripped in 30 Week 1 workout.
