My goal for December was to get 1000 fitness minutes this month I am now realizing I have 8 days left and still need to do 419! Man what is a girl to do. I have faith that I can do this but that averages to 52 minutes of working out a day for the rest of the month!! Craziness. Now is the time I need to be making my small goals for January...starting a new year and all. Lots of new beginnings and continuation of the journey I have started and am determined to complete. So here is to all you still going. Keep on keeping on. Nothing is impossible. Keep it up every step is a good step forward, just don't give up.
