hi everyone, I am a lot better now, still do get a little bit sore but nowhere as much as before. So things are looking but.
In the last couple of days I have started to increase the steps that I am now doing but still not doing as many as before but I have to start somewhere. LOL.
1. My plan as of the 1st January 2014 I am going to start to do some chair exercises and slowly increase the intensity of what I am doing.
2. take it slowly and increase this over the month of January just in time to go back to my exercise class.
Still eating good. So at this stage these are the only 2 goals that I am making.
Just over a month from when I had my operation and in myself I am feeling really good now. I remember the local doctor explaining to me just be op, that you don't realise how much cancer affects your body. I am just starting to realise how much it did take out of me.
I had the 3 month diabetes test with my last blood test (can't think what it is called)
and my levels were 4.6, which is excellent. Down from last one.
