I tried to start a new username and "refresh" my goals, but it didn't feel right.
I want to lose weight but at the same time I'm not sure how to keep my motivation going.
It comes on strongly then fizzles out almost as quickly.
I know if I just got focused again, I'd be able to lose the weight.
I'm hoping I get this figured out soon.
I feel like right now I'm starting from scratch again.
I really want to prove to myself that I can do it again, I can start losing weight again and also become more active again.
