Weekends usually end up messing my schedule, i am sooo busy with everything at home and catching up on laundry, cooking, my son's homework etc...getting in a workout usually never happened. But no...this weekend was different. I knew i would be going out in the evening on saturday and so woke up early and did my running (Pat on the back!!)
And i got in 8K steps on sunday morning and did some running in the evening...so that was good.
I think i am liking this running thing...keeps me focused and i feel a lot happier...is it the endorphines??
