Going for it in 2014

I am so done with my laziness. I wish I hadn't fallen away from this in 2013, but I want this so bad. I want to be focused in the new year - not just making a resolution here, but committing to get it done this time... I don't want to use Spark as a personal place to hang out & talk about my problems. Simply use it as a HEALTHY tool - to focus on STRENGTH, NUTRITION and EXERCISE. I am so ready...

    You've got the determination. Now you can make it happen.

Focus on tracking your food so you see your habits and where you can make changes.

Maybe just update your status daily with what you intend to do and then move on with your day. Sometimes just blogging or updating my status with what I intend to do for the day keeps me accountable.

No need to hang out any longer than that to build your healthy habits.
