So, we got up to Dad's yesterday and put up his tree and wreath and it looks very nice! I posted on FB because still not able to post from my I-Phone here! We also got our family picture made for our Christmas cards. Our cards will go out late this year, but they will go out! I was a bit irritable because we got a new camera and hubby forgot it got charged instead of took batteries and it went dead. But, I did learn how to save pics from my phone to the computer!
It is very, very warm here! Raining like crazy and 72. We are expecting thunderstomrs too and the old wives around here always say that if it thunders in winter, real winter, between DEc. 21 and March 21, then expect snow within 7 days! So, we shall see. The temps will drop like a rock starting tomorrow! I'd like a little snow around here! OK, now onto my last blog challenge....
21. This is a long one. You just spent three weeks reflecting on yourself and your journey to a healthy lifestyle. Write yourself a heartfelt, loving intention to help you reach your goal.
I intend to do everything I can to reach my goals.... I promise to get on board today, right this minute, with doing my 80-20 plan! To eat, healthy, nutritious foods 80% of the time and allow myself some indulgences 20% of the time. That is my intention and promise right now, then perhaps I can move into a 90-10 plan and then 100%! I promise to exercise every day, even if for just 10 minutes. My mile a day challenge will help me achieve this goal!My intention is to get back on a plan that will allow me to go to Curves at least 3 times every week. I did it this past week and felt great! I intend to take care of Melissa! I am going to start scheduling massages on a regular basis to help work out the tension in my neck and back. I plan to try some beginner yoga to help me relax more. I am stressed always. Just being blind is a stressor for me, so I want to ease some of the daily stress and the bigger stresses that come from caring for my dad. My 10 minutes of daily exercise will be strictly cardio because that eases my stress in itself! I plan to track my food on SP and cotninue following Jessica Smith's weekly workout plans. I intend to communicate with my fabulous Spark friends to help me stay on plan and do what it takes to keep me healthy and happy! See, I know I can be happy! It will just take some work. Thank you for reading my blog challenge. It has helped me stay on plan and figure out what gets in my way when it comes to achieving my weight loss goals. I will do this. Once and for all!
