OK I'm back again. Plan on walking and maybe starting slow on a workout DVD. Live in an apartment now so can't do any crazy jumping or heavy grunting. Is there a way to workout silently? Maybe I can schedule my workouts during the time my neighbor below me plays his video games. I could throw out a series of jumping jacks when the hollering and cursing starts below me. Or maybe I'll start back with Jackie Eason DVD again and I do a duet of cursing and hollering with neighbor. I thought about breaking out the spin bike but then the image of the bike seat crossed my mind and I could feel the pain. That thing hurts! Oh well, I'll just take it 1 day at a time and figure it out as I go. I am open to suggestions on home (quiet) workouts if anyone knows of any good DVDs.

I'd get out of the apt and go for a good healthy walk. Apt. living is stressful. There are tons of non-jumping and active workouts. Yoga is one of them.

Oh my goodness! WOOHOO! No kidding, I was just checking my friend page last week and thought of you, wondering how you were. You were one of my first buds on here and LiveFit. Welcome back! So, what's new??? Me, Kristin, is still pluggin' along:) Guess what, I finally finished that round of LiveFit. You gotta give it a go again.

    Happy Holidays!

Oh I have been in your situation before..wanting to get in a good workout without disturbing others in the building. If you want some cardiovascular, how about trying a Leslie Sansone walk? She has a few posted on you tube if you don't have any of your own.

Some other quieter options would be to check out all those challenges that I have been seeing on youtube recently. Squat challenges, Ab Challenges, etc...Oh..and my favorite waist whittling exercise is a video posted by Laura London (she's real energetic and I'm sure you would love her) Check out her Standing Abs video.

I don't have any other suggestions, but I hope this helps. Even if you can get outside and in the fresh air, you could enjoy a nice walk outside. Good luck emoticon
