Winter Obstacles

So lately I have been doing better with eating and keeping track and staying under my calorie range I haven't gone past my lowest point of 228 but still have been averaging 230 and 233. Better then nothing I suppose it is being very stubborn to come off. I think maybe I need to up my exercise? I ride my bike to work which is about a 30-40 minute route one way. But I also walk some days and that is a slow walk with a toddler so that takes an hr to two hrs. I am not really sure what to do about it.

The snow has been kicking my butt here because they don't plow the side walks very well so I have to drag my bike in knee high snow along with the trailer in the back sheesh! I think I might have to figure out another way to get around when it gets that bad. Hope you are all well and getting ready for this holiday season. My son and I bought a mini norfolk living christmas tree and its beautiful I can't wait to put the presents under it. Happy Holidays! emoticon
