wait - what?
I only sorta-kinda have somewhat of a plan right now....ideas are bouncing around in my head but I haven't committed to anything specific, so one day I'm walking over 13,000 steps and the next I am knee deep in the Hershey Kisses bag.
I'm debating whether or not to join the gym at work versus signing up at the Y with my daughter. There is a pool at the Y (yay!) but a bunch of little kids who probably pee in it (boo!) The gym at work is very convenient (yay!) but the thought of undressing and dressing again in the middle of the day, taking time away from my desk, etc...stressful (boo!).
Seriously considering giving up the white flour white sugar stuff...AFTER Christmas because I'm dreaming of a WHITE Christmas (with frosting and potatoes and dinner rolls) - ha! But I do want to eat healthier, more veggies, less bread products etc. But to start that now, with the stress of the upcoming week - nope, not happening!
Anyway, just wanted to vent a little, feeling better now!
