Today's Elf for Health Challenge is to discuss a new fitness goal set for 2014.
*I would love to say that 2014 will bring races back into my fitness life:) I have one already paid for, but it is not until November. So we shall see:)
*I know I want to try a new Beach Body fitness DVD program. Any suggestions? I love high intensity stuff:)
*I will track my mileage...shooting for 2,500 next year!
What fitness goals do you have for 2014?
Spin this AM was another good one:) Almost 22 miles in about 45 minutes.
