I wear a pedometer. Normally I walk at least 10,000 steps, but I've been sick and haven't done my walking lately. I need to get busy.

I'm sorry to contradict the post about the Amish. I live near lots of Amish people, and there are plenty of overweight Amish people. I see them in WalMart and in the supermarket. They have lots of packaged foods in their shopping carts, lots of canned things and things in boxes.

oh good. I need to copy this. I hope I get a Spark Activity tracker or a Fitbit.

But I have a Pedometer, so maybe my spouse won't get it. But it works very poorly. I replaced the battery, and it doen't track to well. emoticon emoticon

The Amish also do not overeat and they make all their food from scratch if memory serves me right. Go Amish!

Thanks for the chart.
