I recently read a article that mentioned good foods for people with problem knees. Since I have a knee that gives me problems due to torn cartilage naturally I was interested. According to the article three of the best foods for your knees are soy, fish, and fruit. The first two supply anti-inflammatory compounds, while the last provides vitamin C, all of which nourish the knee.
