Managed to get some exercise 4 out of 5 week days this week, so hurrah for that...
Also believe I am seeing some shrinkage with the tape measure, which makes me pretty happy. My weight has been going up and down... but I seem to be generally running a few pounds less than when I started making more efforts to be active a few weeks ago.
(Just not putting on any weight so far this holiday season is a big accomplishment, of course.)
I've got to dig up my fitness spreadsheet and start keeping my own records again for 2014 - that's always been a good tool for me and it's time I revived it!
