Well Done

Friday, December 20, 2013

Today was my official last day of work. We held a Christmas Party for Needy family and we were blessed with the presence of a single mother with five children. The kids were all under age 12, very active, bright, energetic and happy. They were blessed beyond measure. As tired as I was, being up early to get ready for my team's party, seeing Louis off this morning as he motored to Minnesota to visit his parents, I am glad to be done, to have tomorrow off, to be able to exhale and give God the glory.

We had a lot of meat and sweet treats at today's shindig and I am proud that I did not eat just because it was there, I made a conscious decision to hold off since I still have a few days on my 21 day no sugar challenge and I am still not consuming meats. I haven't really examined if I feel any different due to the fact I fell yesterday taking the dogs out for a walk. In fact, I am a bit sore and achy. I cleared my schedule for tomorrow and have no plans to do any ripping and running and I will take time to get some much needed rest and begin to work my plan after I plan my work! emoticon emoticon emoticon

Sorry to hear that you fell, I hope you feel much better today.

Job emoticon on staying on track. The temptations at work is why I fell off the wagon, but I probably need to get some things out of my system.

Keep up the good work & emoticon emoticon emoticon

I, too, am sorry that you took a tumble --- thankful, though, that you weren't seriously hurt. Enjoy a good rest tomorrow.

Merry CHRISTmas!
